1    Wpisz brakujące nazwy mebli i sprzętów domowych. Pierwsze litery wyrazów zostały podane.

1. You put your clothes in a wardrobe.
2. You put books and other things on a  shelf on the wall.
3. You put food in a   fridge / freezer  to keep it fresh.
4. You wash your hands in a basin  in the bathroom.

 

2    Uzupełnij zdania odpowiednimi czasownikami.

1. There are a lot of dirty glasses and plates in the kitchen, so I have to load the dishwasher.
2. It’s dark in the room, so I have to open  the curtains.
3. The room isn’t very warm, so I have to turn the radiator up.
4. I’ve got some dirty clothes, so I have to put the washing in the washing machine.

 

3    Dopasuj fragmenty zdań. Jeden fragment nie pasuje do żadnego zdania.

4    Uzupełnij zdania czasownikami w nawiasach w odpowiedniej formie czasu Present Simple lub Present Continuous. Dopisz krótkie odpowiedzi.

1. Me and my brother are having (have) lunch now.                                       PC

Drodzy Uczniowie,
Zwracamy uwagę na określenia czasu pojawiające się w każdym zdaniu.

Jeżeli jest: now oraz next week – to wiemy, że musimy napisać zdanie w czasie Present Continuous.

Gdy pojawiają się określenia: every day, very often, every weekend – to mamy czas Present Simple.

 

4    Ułóż pytania z podanych wyrazów, używając czasu Present Simple lub Present Continuous. Nie zmieniaj kolejności podanych wyrazów. Pamiętaj o dodaniu wszystkich niezbędnych elementów zdania.

1. what / you / doing / at the moment / ?  

What are you doing at the moment?

2. how often / they / buy / new furniture / ?

How often do they buy new furniture?

3. what time / she / arriving / tomorrow / ?

What time is she arriving tomorrow?

Pierwsze i trzecie zdanie jest w czasie Present Continuous - wskazują na to określenia. 
Najlepiej podstawić do konstrukcji zd. pytającego: 

Słówko pytające: What/ What time + Operator + Podmiot + Czasownik z końcówką ing    + reszta część                                                                                    am                                                                                   zdania....

Zdanie nr 2 jest w czasie Present Simple - mamy "How often?" - jak często (chodzi o częstotliwość wykonywanej czynności). Konstrukcja zd. pytającego:
Słówko pytające: What/ What time + Operator + Podmiot + Czasownik W FORMIE PODST. + reszta część                                                                              do/ does                                                                                  zdania....

        opis nie pasuje do żadnej części tekstu.

Hi Debbie, 1  C I’m writing from the new house. It’s really great. There are two bathrooms! My room is really big and I’ve got all new furniture. It’s really nice and comfortable. 2  E Another thing I love about the house is that it’s got a huge garden. And there are some shops and a big park nearby. 6     Przetłumacz fragmenty podane w nawiasach na język angielski. (Czy możesz wypakować) Can you unload the dishwasher, please? My parents are busy this week. They (odnawiają) are doing up / are renovating/ are redecorating the living room. My sister (nie gotuje) doesn’t cook  very often. (Malujemy) We are painting  the bedroom tomorrow. (Czy ty wyłączasz) Do you turn the radiator off when the weather is warm?
